A beautiful handmade marmalade. 
 
Sweet Oranges, Crystallized Ginger, Lemon Juice & Sugar. Mid orange colour, chunky texture, thick cut peel.
 
Good for toast, homemade orange and ginger cake, muffins, crumpets etc.
 
Made in January/February.
