A beautiful strawberry preserve that is handmade. 
 
Strawberries, Pectin & Sugar.
 
The strawberries are lightly mashed to create a textured, but spreadable dark red jam.

Made year round. 

Versatile use :  toast,  sandwiches, Victoria sponge filling, cream teas tarts etc.
