Orange Marmalade with Tarquin’s Gin.
 
Sweet oranges are simmered with juniper and a large glut of Cornish gin.
 
The bitterness of gin counteracts the lovely sweet taste of ripe oranges.
 
This marmalade should be enjoyed on a thick slice of buttery toast or try glazing your ham before roasting.
